If products arrive in a damaged condition, the customer must make a note on the courier's consignment note. It is the customer's responsibility to notify Armour Home Electronics Limited within 3 days of receipt by fax or e-mail.
It is the customer's responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the courier's consignment note and report any shortages to Armour Home Electronics Limited within 3 days of receipt by fax or e-mail.
All goods must be checked thoroughly prior to signing at time of delivery as neither Armour Home Electronics Limited nor our couriers can be held responsible for any claims for damages or shortages arising thereafter.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify Armour Home Electronics Limited of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of receipt.
Armour Home Electronics Limited will not accept any liability for products lost in transit unless notified within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Potential replacement of damaged or defective goods will only be made after receipt and inspection of said goods by Armour Home Electronics Limited personnel at their premises. All returns must be with the original manufacturers packaging.
The customer may cancel the order within 28 days from the day after receipt of the goods. The purchase price, less carriage, of unwanted goods returned to Armour Home Electronics Limited in their original condition and with their original packaging will be refunded. The customer is liable for all carriage charges relating to the return of unwanted items. Alternatively, the opportunity to negotiate an exchange for an item of the same value will be made available.
Armour Home Electronics Limited will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked or no longer of merchantable quality. Any refund due will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation of an order.

The above terms do not affect your statutory rights. Warranty claims if you wish to make a claim under the manufacturer's guarantee or in respect of your statutory rights, please contact Armour Home Electronics Limited giving full details of the problem. We will then contact you to arrange an appropriate solution to the problem. Usually this will involve our collecting the products from you (in accordance with our returns policy) for a repair or replacement.
Any products that are to be returned to us must be returned in accordance with our returns policy. The version of the returns policy that applies will be the version in force at the time the return is made. Failure to comply with this policy may delay processing of your return and of any refund, repair or replacement.
